At Light House, we want to ensure your space is perfectly illuminated; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in unused, resalable condition to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.
Pack Your Fixtures
Carefully repackage the items in their original boxes, ensuring all mounting hardware, bulbs, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned lighting for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
